WeThinkCode_ is recruiting a COO from July 2018:
WeThinkCode_ is a network of revolutionary tech institutions dedicated to deliver Africa’s human potential and meet the increasing demand for software engineering skills. Today, WeThinkCode_ has two campuses in Johannesburg and Cape Town with more than 400 students.
As WTC embarks on a new growth journey and scale across Africa, the CEO looking for a COO to join the executive team and support her and the WTC's Board of Directors in achieving their mission.
The purpose of the COO will be to oversee and manage the organisation’s various operation departments and staff, including the management of WTC network of campuses, student performance, sourcing and marketing, internship and job placement as well as manage the company’s legal and policy functions. The COO will focus on developing processes and procedures that will ensure the quality of the WTC product and services in South Africa. The COO will also work closely with the CEO on ensuring the scalability of the WeThinkCode_ product to other African countries.
