  • Hello Patrick,

I am sorry that you could not come and we missed you.

Perhaps you are not very clear over the concept of the settings.  These operate on a self-service basis.  You adjust your settings from your own profile ("My Page" tab).

On that tab of your own page navigate to the top right hand corner, where you will find the icon for "settings."

When you click on this you get taken to your settings page where you will see a number of additional icons in the top left hand corner.

Select there the one labelled "email".  The resulting page will allow you to set your preferences for the kind of notifications you wish to get.

Communities such as ours who have chosen to go with the NIng product for their web site benefit from the many advantages supplied by that software. The tradeoff for the relatively low cost, rapidity and ease of use is that we are at the same restricted by the constraints inherent in that software.

So regretfully you will need to make do with what you  find on your settings' page.

    Your cordially,

    Georges

  • Hi Carole,

Never got the invitation for this one until 16h07.

Can you change my settings to make sure that I get emails every time something pops up on the site.

Now seeing all the exchanges and regret missing it.

    Patrick
